Mindfulness Yoga Body of Peace, Alignment, and Resillency
Explore alignment, relaxation, and resillency for living a life of freedom and authenticity. Learn to use mindfulness, concentration, and other factors to develop insight and cultivate letting go. Beginners at yoga or mindfulness are welcome, as are more advanced practitioners. The sessions are also appropriate for people who are well grounded in a gentle practice.

Teacher Bopsa Frank Jude Boccio is certified to teach in several traditions and is the author of Mindfulness Yoga: The Awakened Union of Breath, Body, and Mind. He has been a student of Thich Nhat Hahn and Samu Sunim and is an ordained Buddhist teacher and interfaith minister.
